Shipping

Deliveries to destinations within Germany are made without transport costs (free delivery) for an order value of € 599.00 net.

For orders below the order value of €599.00 net, transport costs will be incurred. These amount to €7.49 per package with a maximum weight of 30kg if delivery is made with our parcel service provider GLS.

For larger orders that we ship as a pallet by truck (haulage company), the transport cost price is determined by the shipment volume (weight, number of pallets) and the recipient location.

For deliveries to countries outside of Germany, transport costs vary depending on the destination country and shipment volume; We will inform you of this accordingly.

In any case, we assure you that we will take into account and offer the optimal transport rate for your order. If you placed the order online and received an order confirmation in advance, we ask you to take into account that this is not the final order confirmation. In the final order confirmation we will also inform you of the number of packages and the transport costs.

Delivery time

The delivery time to a delivery address within Germany is usually 1-2 working days after the goods have been dispatched.

For deliveries outside Germany, the delivery time is 2 to 8 working days, depending on the destination.
